Bhukti Pradhan, Part-2 "In the previous section it was told that Bhukti Pradhan comes under an elected cadre. And for this, a global ie Central Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh has a central election. Similarly, every sector also has a sectoral election commission, which consists of 3 people.

The Central Election Commission announces the date of election of Bhukti Pradhan and conducts the election of Bhukti Pradhan in every sector by making its Sectoral Election Commission its representative.
In the election of Bhukti Pradhan, a Sadvipra of any trade or department in their respective daises who has learned the sadhna of Ananda Marg and is a Sadvipra) can become a candidate of Bhukti Pradhan. But if someone is declared as Bhukti Pradhan by winning the election of Sadvipra Bhukti Pradhan of any trade, then after the expiry of the time period of his Bhukti Pradhan, he again becomes a member of his trade.
First of all, the Election Commission announces the date of the election. It has 5 (five) types of date;
1) Date of nomination
2) Scrutiny date
3) Date of withdrawal of his name from the election
4) Date of election
5) Date of declaration of result
The Central Election Commission declares its Returning Officer for every payment. Then the candidate of Bhukti Pradhan takes the authorized form from there and submits the form by filling his complete details on the prescribed date. If any deficiency or wrong is found while filling the details in the form of the candidate, the Returning Officer also has the right to reject the same on the stipulated date of scrutiny. The Returning Officer generally takes note of the following points.
1) Candidate's age should be 18 years.
2) The gap between the candidate learning sadhana and the Bhukti Pradhan filling the nomination should be at least 2 years.
3) Candidate should be a Sadvipra (Sixteen Vidhi, Sadhak's Conduct Rule, Yama Niyama, Charyacharya Part-1/2/3, Ishta Ideal and Conduct Rules of any kind).
4) Should not be a manipulator (for voting).
5) The candidate should be a member of the registered AMPS unit.
6) There should not be any stain of any kind regarding their character, conduct and behavior in the Anand Marga Pracharak Sangh.
7) Should not be against the unity and solidity of the organization.
8) Should not be disqualified from the organization (eg Ex WT etc.).
9) It should not have been explained for violating the rules of the organization or doing any immoral act.
10) There should be no restriction on any kind of institutional work on the candidate.
If the nomination form of the candidate of Bhukti Pradhan is accepted by the Returning Officer and still a candidate wants to withdraw his name, he can withdraw his name without any coercion and full consciousness by the date of withdrawal of nomination. Is. The Returning Officer shall, on the date fixed for the scrutiny of the election of Bhukti Pradhan, place the list of accepted or rejected candidates in the wake or at the designated place.
The candidates will show civility while campaigning. in any way over anyone; Will not introduce linguism, regionalism, groupism, immoral or pressurizing violence, otherwise the Returning Officer will also have the right to reject the candidate's name from the election.
On the date of the scheduled election, the authorized voter shall exercise his vote properly at the place fixed by him.
After the votes are cast in the election, the result of the election of Bhukti Pradhan will be declared on the scheduled date. At the time of counting of votes, candidates or their representatives can be present at that place.
The winning candidate in the election of Bhukti Pradhan will get recognition of Bonafide Bhukti Pradhan from ISMUB (ISMUB) department. (continued in next issue)
