To understand the AMPS organization, it is very important to understand its structure. Understanding the structure of AMPS organization does not mean that which position or post is subordinate to whom. Who else is whose supervisor? And who has how many rights? To understand the structure, we have to find out what is the purpose or characteristic of this structure? We have seen many institutions in this world and have also seen their structure. But AMPS organization has its own unique feature. Which is not in the structure of any other organization.
2) When an organization has any position or post in its structure. Whether that position or post is the smallest or the biggest. Only the academic qualification or technical qualification of the candidate suitable for that position or post is considered. That organization is not concerned with the spiritual ability or morality of that candidate.But if someone enters the AMPS structure, his spiritual, character, conduct and behavioral abilities are seen first. And if he is not worthy of that, then he is made worthy of that.
First of all, let us discuss the legislature of AMPS organization i.e. the Central Committee.
How is the legislature of the AMPS organization, i.e. the Central Committee, constituted and by whom? This has to be understood.
All the bonafide leaders there are in AMPS organization. All those Purodha groups select a certain number of Purodha people from among their own bonafide Purodha groups. All the bonafide leaders who get selected are called the Central Committee of AMPS organization. Those who have not been selected in the Central Committee of AMPS organization, they are only called bonafide pioneers of AMPS, but those pioneers are not the members of the Central Committee of AMPS organization. A big question arises before us. Why was such a rule made in AMPS organization? It is very important to think about that. If we understand this, then why is it necessary for a leader to have the qualification of a member of the legislature i.e. the Central Committee of the AMPS organization? So the importance of the structure of AMPS organization will be understood very quickly.
The journey of Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh is based on spirituality. The seeker first has to learn the sadhana method of Anand Marg. When any seeker learns Sadhana and accepts Sri Sri Anandmurthy Ji as his Sadguru. Then he becomes a disciple or follower of Sri Sri Anandamurthy Ji. But when the same disciple of Sri Sri Anandmurthy ji takes up any duty or responsibility of AMPS organization and starts fulfilling it considering it as his duty. Then he becomes a householder. And every householder tries to become Sadvipra by doing Margi Sadhana, following Sixteen Points, and Yama Niyama. And later on the same Sad Vipra or himself becomes Bhukti Pradhan. Or cooperates with any of the Sad Vipros of his Diocese in selecting the Bhukti Pradhan.
The same Sad Vipra can also become a Grihi Tatvik, or a Grihi Acharya. And if he wants, he can also become a leader by learning the practice of Sad Vipra and special yoga. And when that householder becomes Sad Vipra Purodha, then that householder can also become Sad Vipra Purodha Pramukh. Or if he wants to dedicate himself as a WT worker of the Griha Sad Vipra AMPS organization, he can become a Purodha by learning the practices of Tatvik, Acharya, Avadhoot, and Vishesh Yoga. And then one can become from Purodha to Purodha Pramukh.
This is evident from the above mentioned things. That both homemakers or WT workers can become leaders. And when any householder or WT worker becomes a leader then he can also become a member of the Central Committee of AMPS organization.
Two words have been mentioned in the above process, first is Sad Vipra and second is Purodha. Now we have to understand what is the difference between Sad Vipra and Purodha?
Becoming a pioneer and creating a pioneer comes within the process of AMPS organization's institutional system. For that one has to undergo a special yoga test.
But to become Sad Vipra, one has to strictly follow one's Sadhana, Sixteen Points and Yama Niyama. And along with this, the qualities of all four varnas (Shudra, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Vipra) have to be incorporated in one's character. For this it is not necessary that he be a special yogi. May or may not happen. It is not necessary to be a leader to become a Sad Vipra. But the qualities of Sad Vipra should be essential in a leader.
To propagate and establish the ideology of "Anand Marg" all over the world, it has its own organization "Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh". To run any country or organization, it needs a constitution and a pyramid structure. And that structure has four pillars. And it is also necessary that the people sitting in those four pillars should also be moral and spiritually ethical. Within the organization "Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh" of "Anand Marg", there are all the above mentioned things, like pyramid structure, four pillars and a system to create moral and spiritual moral operators to run the organization.
To know the structure of AMPS, it is very important for us to know the following points. Which will make it easier for us to understand the structure. Because there is definitely something related to structure in them.
1) Constitution:- The constitution of AMPS is Charya Charya. What should be the qualification of those running AMPS organization? The qualifications of the operators of the type of organization mentioned in Charya Charya. In the coming future, we can set a model for the world. And we can claim 100% that unless any organization or country adopts a model similar to the qualifications of its operators suggested by AMPS, that organization or any country cannot provide welfare to its people or citizens.
2) AMPS Tax Procedure Order:- The structure of AMPS. What are his/her operational duties and responsibilities related to his/her departments? And the details, orders and instructions of those responsibilities have been mentioned.
3) Paramedic Structure:- Pyramid structure is very important for the smooth functioning of any organization. Which is a very important feature of the structure of AMPS. Like Global Level Structure, i.e. AMPS has divided the entire globe into 09 parts. Which we call sector. Then the method is to divide each sector to region level, region to diocese level, diocese to district level, district to block level and block to village level and make in-charge from village level to global level.
4) Four Pillars:- For proper functioning of any organization or country, it is essential to have four pillars in it. a) legislature The legislature of the AMPS organization is the Central Committee of AMPS. To run the organization, it follows its constitution and makes new rules, amendments etc. as per the need from time to time.
b) Executive :- The executive body of AMPS organization is the Central Executive Committee of AMPS. According to the practice, it works to ensure that all the Anand Margis follow the rules or amendments made in the rules made by the legislature of AMPS i.e. the Central Committee of AMPS.
c) Judiciary :- Judiciary plays a very important role in the running of any country. The judiciary of AMPS institution is Tatvik Board, Acharya Board, Avadhoot Board, and Purodha Board. AMPS's justice system is like this. Which can solve all types of internal problems of AMPS organization. And one of the biggest features of the judicial system of AMPS is that if AMPS follows its constitution and procedures 100%, then it will not get the opportunity to file an institutional case or lawsuit in any other court of the country. If any of the AMPS family members or WT workers file a court case against each other in the AMPS organization in any court of the government of their country. So it should be understood that such people have 100% violated the AMPS organization.
d) Publicity Media :- (PRS work) The way in which people use print media or electronic media to propagate their ideology. Similarly, the mouth piece of AMPS i.e. the organization does its publicity through a magazine called "Pragya Bharti". And for that there is Public Relations Secretary in AMPS Central. Who work to convey the activities done by the organization to the people inside and outside the organization.
