Construction Guidelines
* Provides and maintains adequate housing facilities for all the Departments of Ánanda Márga. In addition it is the work of the Construction Department to build roads, bridges, water supply and other basic constructions necessary for the establishment of the Organisation.↔ Financing for such projects will be arranged in coordination with Central/Sectorial Finance Committee.
Workers of Construction Department
For this purpose the Construction Secretary Central shall have his cadre of workers from top to bottom line from Sector to Village level. There should be one Assistant Construction Secretary Central (AConSC), whom will work under direct supervision of Central Commerce Secretary. Workers up to the Regional level shall be Avadhúta; if an Avadhúta is not readily available the work may be temporarily managed by WT or LFT (using the word acting, with their designation). Workers below regional level shall be WT; if WT is not readily available the work may be temporarily managed by the LFT or LPT using the word “acting” with their designation.
Construction Department Workers’ Qualifications
They are workers of ÁMPS. They must have a fair knowledge on all kind of construction material and system. They should possess basic skills in general construction management. They must be strong in 16 Points

Construction Global Basic Training Centre – CON-GBTC
There should be a CON-GBTC where?? ?? ? Trainees will acquire fair knowledge on all kind of construction material and system available in the market; such as: bricks, cements, woods, plastics, gypsum, etc. They will also learn construction management, enterprises, and managerial skills.Construction LFT Training Center
CON-LFT Training Center. The students will learn the entire knowledge imparted during the General LFT Training. They will follow the manual Vidyaságar ‘Ocean of knowledge’ which will be covered in all parts. The students will learn also individual skills and basic principles of construction systems. They will introduce the latest Energy Saving construction materials and systems.During the Construction LFT Training shall be imparted knowledge regarding basic principles of Interior Designer, computer, art graphic, etc.

Magazines
Central and the Sectors should publish two magazines every six months. The consolidated constructions activities shall be published and distributed to all the ÁMPS Units. Constructions Department Publications below Sectorial level are optional at present.
Construction Sectorial Ácárya Jurisdiction and Logistic Operation
The Sectorial Construction Secretary, Ác. Nirmalakrsnánanda Avt. Has been posted in Manila Sector on His main Office is locate in Cambodia. Contact Number Construction Department Has Six Sections1. Road Section Road Section is responsible to construct, repair and maintain roads wherever and whenever needed in particular roads used in the premises of the organisation with proper plan, proper drainage, and keep proper track record of repair and maintenance and the account.
2. Bridge Section
Is responsible to construct bridges in calamity-affected areas and in impoverished areas with funding from state. On MUs and premises owned by organisation funded by that department.3. Building Section
To construct, help in construction, the building of deserving needy section of the society in general and the buildings for the use of organisational purpose. Maintain and repair the buildings.4. Water supply section
Is responsible for surveying the needed volume, source of supply, to plan the supply, construct the system, maintain and repair.5. Communication section (general)
Is responsible for developing the general system of communication with rest of neighbouring and consequently with outside world.6. Miscellaneous Section
Is responsible for any item concerning Construction Department that is not included in section 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Project Approval
Any project centrally financed of any department must get final approval from central after getting recommendation from the levels. Then only the project should start. Local project, locally financed should get approval from Sectorial level. If the project is of big sized construction and is on the land owned by the organisation, in that case it must get approval from Centre before starting as per the system.
Duties of Manager of Construction
* To maintain the stock and ledger card (store and price) of all building materials and maintain their stock book.
* To maintain the stock and ledger card of different consumable items and maintain their stock book.
* To maintain the stock and ledger card of building equipments (spades, shovel, brooms etc) and maintain their stock book.
* To maintain the stock and deed stock registers.
* To issue building materials and the consumable articles to Assistant Manager. Construction on demand after verifying their daily logbook and monthly logbook (in case of month ending). Materials are to be issued upon receiving the signature in the concerning column of the ledger. The order for issuing is to be issued by the In-charge of the Building section of Construction Dept.
Monthly Reports to Submit
Five Common
1) Initiation Mention the Name and Surname, address, tel. number, e-mail address, date of birth and the date of initiation, and specify if it is Nama Mantra or First Lesson.
2) Follow up Review of lesson. Specify which lesson was reviewed and or which lesson was given.
3) DDC Door to Door Contacts
4) WT/LFT Creation Whole Timer & Local Full Timer sent to Training Center since last report.
5) Fund Collection Either regular or special donation received; excluding income from commercial activities such as selling books, CDs, Giving yoga classes, renting rooms, etc..
