AMPS Structure Number :- 4* This becomes known after discussing Sadvipra and Purodha. That when someone does any sadhana and gets established in Sixteen Points. So he deserves to be called Sadvipra. And he gets the right to cast his vote in the election of Bhuktipradhan. We should know that Bhuktipradhan is of his own diocese and Deputy Bhuktipradhan is of his block. Bhuktipradhan and Up Bhukti Pradhan are the Grihi Margis of their respective diocese or block along with other nun Margis. If you try to read carefully “Duties and Responsibilities of Upa Bhuktipramukh” of Chapter 37 Upa Bhuktipramukh of Charya Charya First Part. So it will be known that the Deputy Bhuktipramukh has the responsibility of looking after the welfare of everyone in his entire block, whether Anand Margi or not Anand Margi. Here a question arises when the Deputy Bhuktipramukh is responsible for all the Anand Margi and Non Margis of his block. So why don't they all get the right to vote in the election of Deputy Bhuktipradhan or Bhuktipradhan? This is the answer. That the journey of AMPS organization starts with spirituality i.e. Sad Vipro (spiritual desires).
The first belief of Anand Marg i.e. AMPS organization is that human society group, whether it is village level or global level, should be run by moral/spiritual moral people only. Therefore, whoever operates the structure of AMPS, whether it is Grihi Margi i.e. Bhuktipradhan structure / LFT structure / PKB structure / ACB structure, Grihi Tatvik or Acharya etc. or WT workers structure from village level to global level, they are all in the hands of Wipro. Should be. This is the specialty of AMPS structure. If any member of AMPS wants to dedicate his/her selfless service to the organization as a member of the Governing Body/Legislative (Central Committee)/Executive (Central Executive Committee)/Judiciary (Proprietor Board). So those Sadwipro (be it Grihi Margi or WT workers) will be required to complete the institutional process of becoming the leader of AMPS organization from Sadwipro. To be a Purodha of AMPS, it is very important to follow what are the criteria (which was unanimously passed by the Central Committee of AMPS in 1993 in the resolution named "Main Criteria of Purodha Gana").
The specialty of the structure of AMPS is that there can be no place for familyism, dynasticism, regionalism, sycophancy, and chauvinism etc. in it. If the individuals in the structure fulfill their responsibilities as per the AMPS Constitution and Procedures.
I want to give you an example of today's so-called politics. That a political leader was the Chief Minister of the state, who was being punished in a scandal. So he made his illiterate wife sit on the Chief Minister's chair in his place. It is a far cry to allow such an incident to take place within the structure of AMPS. No one can even think. Because before coming into the structure of AMPS, it has to become Sad Vipra. That is, one has to learn sadhana and become established in the Sixteen Points.
Any organization in its structure determines the qualifications of its members and supervisory officers of various levels and high and highest level operators. And provides the facility of two ways to reach the highest level post. I try to explain this by giving the following written example.
There are many departments in the government of our country. One of those departments is also that of police.
1) Soldiers are recruited. He has an educational qualification and physical fitness. (It is not necessary to be moral in this)
2) There is direct recruitment of constables. In this, to be recruited as a constable, there is more educational qualification and physical qualification than educational qualification. (It is not necessary to be moral in this either) But a constable can also be appointed to the post of constable in the departmental manner.
3) Recruitment of Sub Inspector/Deputy SP is also direct. Constable has more educational qualification than educational qualification. And constable can also achieve the above post by progressing departmentally. (It is not necessary to be moral in this either)
4) The post of higher level operator i.e. ASP or SP in police which reaches the post of DG of the state. For that one has to pass UPSC exam. (It is not necessary to be moral in this either) But there is departmental advancement to the post of ASP/SP.
(Except the structure of AMPS, due to lack of spiritual ethics in other departments, there is a high possibility of corruption in recruitment to any position or post.)
This is an example of the above police department. Almost every department of the government of the country has the same method or principle.
If we compare the structure of AMPS with any government or institution. So it turns out that:- In the AMPS structure, it is important to be Sad Vipra i.e. spiritually moral from the very first step. If someone is not established in the Sixteen Points even after learning a sadhana, then according to Charya Charya First Part Chapter 34 Bhuktipradhan, he also does not get the right to vote in the election for the post of Bhuktipradhan. Whereas in other institutions, or departments, almost everywhere there is no concern with spiritual ethics.
Therefore, in case of 100% adherence to the AMPS structure's constitution and procedure, the possibility of any of the above inconsistencies occurring is equal to zero.
In the structure of AMPS, the founder member of AMPS Shri P R Sarkar / Baba / Shri Shri Anandamurthy ji has given the provision of structure of both Grihi Margis and WT workers as per the first part of Charya Charya. That is, the structure of AMPS should be operated by both householders and WT workers.
This means that the members of the Central Committee/Central Executive Committee should be different. One who is a member of the Central Committee i.e. legislature should not be a member of the Central Executive Committee. And those who are members of the Central Executive Committee, should not be members of the Central Committee, i.e. the legislature.
And which are the judiciary i.e. various different boards in the structure of AMPS. Like Tatvik Board, Acharya Board are members of Avadhoot Board and Purodha Board. He should neither be a member of the Central Committee i.e. Legislature, nor of the Central Executive Committee i.e. Central Executive Committee.
If the power to make rules, enforce rules and give justice rests with only one group in the organization. So there is a possibility of dictatorship and corruption in the organization. And if it is excessive (exceeding the limit), there is a possibility of violation of the constitution of the organization and division of the organization.
