Division of the organization Part - 3

Division of the organization or division among the people of the organization, Part-3

We all know that Baba himself is the originator and founder of both Anand Marg Darshan and Anand Marg Sanstha. Anand Marg Darshan is a thought stream, which will never end.

To know the truth of what is right in the division of the organization or the division among the people of the organization, first of all it has to be analyzed that how the organization was operated from the beginning of the year i.e. 1955 till 2023. From that it will be easy to understand that; 1) Is the division in the organization or in the people of the organization? 2) Who is responsible for the partition? 3) Reasons for Partition? 3) Is there any hope of permanent unity again in this situation in future? 4) In today's situation, can permanent unity be brought about in some groups of people who have remained in the organization due to any reason? Will all the group leaders be ready for that? If not, what are the reasons for that? If everyone gets ready by Baba's grace, then all the civil cases going on in the institution will automatically end as court cases? And after some time in the coming future, the same atmosphere will start to be created in the institution, as in the physical body of Baba. All the Grihi Margis and WT workers, while enjoying together, used to spread the mission of Baba.

First of all, let us discuss the time period from 1955 to 1990, how Baba used to operate? 1) From 1955 to 1990, Param Purush operated the organization through his physical body.

Baba himself followed the Procedure Order and Charyacharya Part 1/2/3 while being in a physical body and inspired all of us to follow the same. And never compromised on the standards of the pioneer. At the same time, he taught people the practice of special yoga to become priests. Some people even completed all the lessons of special yoga practice, yet no one was declared a master.

According to (d) of "Tatvik, Acharya and Purodha" Chapter-4 of Charyacharya Part-1; "There can be occasional relaxation of this rule with the consent of the Central Committee (central body) and the approval of the Purodha Pramukh, aiming at the universal propagation of the Margiya ideal"

Baba made most of the people Tatviks and Acharyas by giving laxity in the qualification or criteria of Tatviks and Acharyas for propagating the organization in general public. But never compromised with the parameters of the pioneer. If Baba had wanted, He could have declared anyone a Purodha while still in a physical body by relaxing the criteria of a Purodha, in the same way, by relaxing the criteria of Tatvik and Acharya, he made most of the people Tatvik and Acharya. But he didn't do that.

The meeting of the Purodha Board used to take place when Baba was in physical body. But Baba himself nominated the members of the Purodha Board. Yes, only those people were nominated who had learned the practice of special yoga. But it was not necessary for him whether his special yoga lessons were completed or not.

That is, Baba got the organization running from 1955 to 1990 without any bonafide leader.

2) Baba used the positive qualities of every worker (WT) for the work of the organization. And tried to convert their negative qualities into positive qualities.

3) If due to any reason there was a mutual conflict among the workers, Baba used to solve it first by leaving everything.

4) Baba used to run the organization by mixing the house marchers and WT workers. He used to give more importance to the house wife than he used to give to his WT worker.

5) The posts of Bhukti Pradhan gave more importance to LFT (Local Full Time Worker) and ACB (Advisory Committee and Board). Used to keep them all in his personal and institutional contact and always kept an eye on their monthly reports.

6) Be it homemakers or WT workers, the head of a family, like a father figure, Baba took personal care of everyone. Used to solve their problems and used to shower spiritual love and affection.

7) Baba never tried to establish his personality in his life. Rather, he tried to establish his ideals, social philosophy, spiritual philosophy and economic theory.

8) Baba always gave importance to his ideals and organization more than his personal family.

9) Before getting others to follow the rules, we used to present an example in front of the people by following that rule ourselves.

10) Baba never expelled any worker, no matter how big a mistake he might have made. A vivid example of this is Rudranandji, the Swayambhu Purodha chief of Ranchi Group.

*It is well known that he is an informer of CBI, a Government of India organization. After the Emergency, in 1978, a commission was set up by Baba to investigate the allegations leveled against him, in which he was found guilty. Baba punished him for re-training as a monk. Also, from 1978 to 1990, Baba ended his personal and institutional relationship with him. But Baba never expelled Rudranandji.

* There is also another example. A senior worker wanted to meet CBI and give false testimony in the false case against Baba. Baba did not expel him either.

*The third example is that in or around 1971, five workers of the organization touched the feet of Mrs. Uma Sarkar and swore that "they will not rest until Baba and the organization are uprooted". Even after all this, Baba did not expel anyone from his side.

*If a worker used to leave the organization due to a mutual dispute with another worker, Baba used to send a senior worker to his house with his message, 'Tell him that Baba has called him'. This is an incident of 1985. The worker who went home due to discord is still in the organization. He is almost 85/90 years old and is still working for the organization.

* Leaving a WT worker organization, he himself became a guru by building his own ashram. After that when he came back, Baba accepted him.

*If a worker is not able to adjust in the organization due to his personal weakness, Baba will not expel him either. Rather, they used to give permission to go home.

11) Baba did not want to hear any complaint or evil of his worker.

12) Due to someone's personal mistake, if that mistake affects only him, then Baba never used to say anything to him, but if his personal mistake affected the society or organization, then Baba did not forgive him. He was also punished, which was inspired by the reformative goal.

13) Baba used to lay a lot of emphasis on inspection in the institution.

16) Baba never liked to post any worker in VSS who had character weakness.

17) Baba used to transfer him from time to time so that no worker should get attached or attached to any place or family or post/post.

18) To prevent any worker from becoming proud of any post or post, he used to transfer from big post to small post also. Once Baba had transferred a worker who was the General Secretary to the block level.

In the organization that Baba ran from 1955 to 1990, you will find that by correcting personal weaknesses of all, Baba encouraged positivity in them and always refrained from expelling them. (respectively)
