Judicial System of Anand Marg Part-1

Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh is an international organization which has branches in most of the countries of the world. It is said that even at places where India does not have an embassy, ​​Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh is fulfilling its duty by opening its branch and doing human welfare work.

Shri Shri Anandmurti ji established "Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh" in 1955 with the aim of providing solutions to all kinds of problems of the whole world. The details of which have been shown in detail in Anand Marga's social philosophy, economic philosophy and economic theory.

The philosophy of Ananda Marga is based on "Neohumanism". There are usually two types of systems being followed in the world. First, the capitalist system and second, the communist system. The communist system is almost finished from the world and the deepening shadow of the global recession has raised a big question mark on the capitalist system as well. When we see some countries that follow communist system, they are also following mixed or capitalist system by abandoning their communist principles.

The capitalist system, the communist system and the mixed economy have proved to be a failure in every way in providing all round welfare of the common people. There is hardly any country in the world which is free from corruption, exploitation, bribery, scandal etc. Due to which there is no physical, mental and spiritual progress of man. Keeping these things in mind, Shri Shri Anandmurti ji founded the "Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh". Shri Shri Anandmurthy ji under his idealistic organization "Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh".By giving legislature, executive and judicial system an example has been set before the world. Its main points are as follows;
1) What should be the qualifications of the country's operators.
2) What things should be kept in mind by the administrators of the country while making human welfare schemes.
3) What reforms need to be made in the country's election system, agricultural policy, industrial policy, tax policy, education policy, health policy and the constitution of the country so that every human being can meet his minimum needs.

What should be the judicial system of the country? Shri Shri Anandmurthy ji has presented a unique example by giving judicial system in the organization "Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh". It can be said with full confidence that once the social philosophy, spiritual philosophy and economic principles of Ananda Marga are established, the common public will not get an opportunity to commit crimes. At first there will be no crime, even if it is, it will be negligible./p>
