Anand Marg's Judicial System Part-1 explains the social philosophy, spiritual philosophy and economic theory of Anand Marg, that its biggest feature is that once it is established, the possibility of crime or wrongdoing is very high. It will be less.
But "Baba" says that; Knowingly or unknowingly man is bound by his past impressions.' And it is also said that man is an effigy of mistakes, so there will be a possibility of making mistakes even if the reason is circumstantial.
Sri Sri Anandamurti ji has given a system of "self-analysis" in Charyacharya Part-1, Chapter-5 for the seeker. If any person or seeker adopts this system in his character, then gradually he can reach the category of deity from human. Anyway, it has been said that the basis of meditation or initiation of Anand Marg is "morality".
If a person or a seeker does self-analysis of the work done in the whole day by meditating on "BABA" before sleeping at night. And in that introspection if any act is found which is against "Yama Niyam or Conduct Rule" then repent with all your heart for the opposite act done under that "Yam Niyam or Conduct Rule" and for that Take self punishment. Also, make up your mind not to make that mistake again.
Sri Sri Anandmurti ji has also given a provision in Chapter-5 Self-Analysis of Charyacharya Part-1 that if knowingly or unknowingly someone behaves contrary to the rules of Yama, then on the same day or in the next Dharmachakra, he will face the death of any Acharya. Go near and accept your mistake and ask for punishment from Acharya for it. (But along with taking the punishment for that mistake, you will also have to decide not to commit that mistake again.)
BSri Sri Anandmurti ji has also given the provision of punishment that Acharyagan will punish the guilty physically or mentally. No penalty, financial or any other kind, will be given. Or will try to punish the guilty for social service. But Acharyagan will not take any kind of service for himself from the guilty persons.Acharyagan will also see that if there is a possibility of redressing the fault of the guilty, then instead of awarding punishment, he will make the guilty person redress the fault and order to be careful in future.
If any person commits a serious or Guru-related crime, then in such a situation the Acharyas can punish that person in front of everyone. But will not reveal the content of the crime.
Faulty conduct or not, you will present the details to the Acharya (here Acharya means any Acharya) that to what extent you have followed the principle of Yama Niyam. The date of the previous statement has to be kept in mind in this regard. (Continued in next issue)
