Industry Guideline


* Will set up industries to help Ánanda Márga to become self sufficient economically, i.e. health food , health care, construction, metal shops, electrical appliances, carpentry, weaving, hosiery, tailoring, pottery, sporting goods, school supplies, etc.
INPRO - Industry Productionis a section of Industry Department which markets the products.
↔ The Industry Department will work in close cooperation with the Commerce Department in the marketing and business systems and practices employed.

 

Industry Workers Qualification


* They are workers of ÁMPS. They must have a fair knowledge in purchasing raw materials, production of finished goods.
* They must have a fair knowledge on all kind of Industrial systems; Producing, Manufacturing, Purchasing, etc. They should have business, enterprises and managerial basic skills.
* They must be strong in 16 Points
* They must have a fair knowledge in purchasing and selling and cooperative system.
* They must have a basic knowledge of finance and maintenance of books accounts.

 

INPRO - Industrial Product

Guidelines for the Industrial Product of Industry Department With the only intention of serving the small scale producers by giving them the reasonable price of their products, the Industry Department of ÁMPS has to start “INPRO” wherever there is a welfare unit (Master unit backwards people or tribal welfare unit etc.) or a Charity Home (Children’s home, Sister home, Invalid’s Home) The Industry Secretary Central shall be ex-officio “INPRO Secretary Central.

The INPRO will purchase raw materials from the cheapest source and sell its finished goods to the consuming public as directly as possible. As this spirit is that of producers’cooperative system, the Industry Department must work with closest cooperation with our SS Department, although financial responsibility and management shall be of Industry Department, although it must bear it’s own financial responsibility and management shall have its own cadre of workers from top to bottom (sector to village).

The same set of workers who are working for AMUS at different levels shall work for INPRO and FARPRO of those levels. Sectorial AMUS Secretary shall work as Sectorial INPRO Secretary, also, using the office and so on for all levels. However for ranks of manager and below managerial rank there must be three different sets of workers for AMUS, INPRO and FARPRO and one must not be utilised in lines of the other two sets, although they may be utilised otherwise (e.g. a farm manager cannot be asked to do the work of AMUS or Industry but can be utilised as a teacher or compounder).

Workers ofINPRO The Industry Secretary Central shall have his cadre of workers from top to bottom line from Sector to Village level.

Industry Workers up to the Regional level shall be Avadhúta; if an Avadhúta is not readily available the work may be temporarily managed by WT or LFT (using the word acting, with their designation). Industry Workers below regional level shall be WT; if WT is not readily available the work may be temporarily managed by the LFT or LPT using the word “acting” with their designation.

INPRO -Global Basic Training Center - INPRO-GBTC At the INPRO-GBTC, trainees will learn kśattriyocita seva and shúdrocitasevá and Producers cooperative system. It is to be located in the same building as ÁMUS- GBTC. The worker who works as Assistant Secretary Central ÁMUS-GBTC shall work as Assistant INPRO Secretary Central INPRO-GBTC also, but in this capacity, he is under the supervision of INPRO Secretary Central.

INPRO-LFT Training Center The INPROLFT TC of GBTAC of AMUS shall also function as GBTINPRO Industry LFT TC

Movements Its movement “Employment for all” is based on the spirit of Industry for Consumption not for exploitation.The idea is to support the producers and the consumers and to bring both commerce and farming within broader arena of industry. This spirit will give employment to many people.

Magazines Two magazines should be published at Central Level and Sectorial Level every year. Publications below the Sectorial Level are optional.

 

Workers Qualifications

Duties of Secretary, Industry Department Secretary, Industry Department Central is responsible for establishing:
1. ÁMIT workshop No.1 ÁMIT – Ánanda Márga Institute of Technology
2. ÁMIT workshop No.2
3. Non-metallic and non-plant origin such as toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, other cosmetics of non-plant origin, massage oil, shampoo, liquid soap, detergent, phenyl, naphthalene, quartz, articles, pneumatic goods, glasses, glassware.
4. Non-Ferrous metallic origin such as aluminum goods, bell metal goods.
5. Metallic and Ferrous origin.
6. Wood industry: toys, educational apparatus, house buildings parts like doors, windows, and furniture.
7. Agro and Agrico Industries: Agricultural tools, agricultural machineries, rice mills, flourmills, and oil mills.
8. Power industry: All kinds of power generation and supply. Industry secretary is also responsible to supervise, guide and inspect all the industries started.

Monthly Reports to Submit

Five Common
1) Initiation - Mention the Name and Surname, address, tel. number, e-mail address, date of birth and the date of initiation, and specify if it is Nama Mantra or First Lesson. 2) Follow up - Review of lesson. Specify which lesson was reviewed and or which lesson was given.
3) DDC - Door to Door Contacts
4) WT/LFTCreation- Whole Timer & Local Full Timer sent to Training Center since last report.
5) FundCollection - Either regular or special donation received; excluding income from commercial activities such as selling books, CDs, Giving yoga classes and renting rooms, etc..
