LFT/LPT/PKB
In sections serial number 1 to 9 of the AMPS structure, first the elected cadre i.e. Bhuktipradhan and Up Bhuktipradhan and then the ACB Advisory Committee and Board in the selected cadre have been discussed. Both the above elected cadre and selected cadre, only Ghri Margis have been given place in the AMPS structure.
As Baba wants, that his organization i.e. “Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh” should be jointly run by both my sons, daughters i.e. Grihi Margi and WT workers/sanyasis. Baba never made any kind of discrimination between Grihi Margis and WT workers/sanyasis.
Now we will try to discuss about LFT (Local Full Timer) in AMPS structure. Whichever LFT resides in the local full timer AMPS structure. He also comes from a family of householders. But Baba has also given the same status to LFT local full timers as WT workers.The only difference is that LFT local full timers can remain in their civil dress. Whereas WT workers have to wear the uniform of a monk. And they leave behind family ties and selflessly dedicate their entire life to the mission of Anand Marg (which is for welfare works based on new humanity). But LFT local full timers also wear only saffron colored gowns.
First of all, let us discuss why there was a need for LFT Local Full Timer and LPT Local Part Timer. When AMPS organization was started. Then, first of all, Ghri Tattvikos and Ghri Acharyas propagated Anand Marg through their hard work under the guidance of Baba. But later when Baba saw that due to their worldly families, Ghri Tatviks and Ghri Acharyas are unable to devote their entire time to the promotion of the organization
Then Baba started making WT Whole Timer Workers. (Those who leave their worldly families and selflessly dedicate their entire lives to the mission of Anand Marg). When Baba started making WT workers. Along with that, the creation of Grihi Tattvikas and Grihi Acharyas also continued at the same pace. The result was that some of the same Grihi Acharyas later learned some Grihi Special Yoga and became Grihi Purodhas after 1990.Before leaving his physical body in 1990, Baba had taught the practice of special yoga to many people, whether they were WT Workers Sanyasis or Grihi Acharyas. Some people had also completed special yoga lessons. The rest were on the verge of completing special yoga lessons.
When started creating WT workers in AMPS structure. So he started being given the responsibility to propagate Anand Marg in different areas of the country. Later the AMPS structure decided to open primary schools in the country. And appointed WT workers as Diocese Secretary DS. AMPS Structure When DS is appointed in the field of any WT worker. So all the posts of Central AMPS, whether it is Central DPS, Central PRS, Central RU, or all the Central posts of AMPS, all those posts of AMPS are with the DS, he has Diocese level posts. But that DS also has the post of Principal of the school. And DS are supervisory workers for all the AMPS projects in that diocese. Suppose DS Dada ji opened schools in every block of his diocese area. So DS Dada ji cannot fulfill his responsibilities as a principal by being physically present in every school. If one goes to a school every day for supervision. So DS Dada ji remains only the Principal, in this situation the AMPS structure has given him the responsibility of Diocese Secretary and AMPS has given the responsibility of all its central level posts to DS Dada ji at the Diocese level.DS Dada ji cannot do justice to all of them.
Therefore AMPS structure has provided for LFT/LPT, which are also Sad Vipra. And arrangements have also been made for training for them in AMPS organization. Apart from this, the number of trades, whether it is SDM/PU or VSS (ASD). When they are circle level or area level WT workers, they are not able to stay at one place for long. Because they have to see their entire area. So for their support they need LFT or LPT, who can keep their trade members active in their absence. And can be helpful in continuing or metalizing the projects and programs of their respective trades. WT workers have as much importance in the AMPS structure. LFT Local Full Timer also has equal importance. The only difference is that WT workers wear prescribed dress in the organization. And LFT local full timers don't wear that dress. And WT workers leave their worldly families and selflessly dedicate their entire lives to the organization in the AMPS structure.And LFT local full timers also selflessly dedicate their entire lives to the organization in the AMPS structure. But you can also maintain your connection with your worldly family, but this is not necessary. That is, AMPS wants structure. The same way in which efforts are made to create more and more WT workers. LFT local full timer should also be manufactured as much as possible.
The biggest benefit from it will be that WT workers will get opportunities to propagate Anand Marg. And LFT local full timer will get the opportunity to carry out the responsibility of running all the projects of the organization. And all the trades, be it SDM/PU or VSS (ASD), will also get convenience in conducting their programs or projects. That is, it can be said that unless LFT Local Full Timer LPT Local Part Timer is manufactured more and more, the speed of propagation of the ideology of AMPS Structure Anand Marg cannot increase. PKB Full Time Fellow:- The way WT workers/LFT local full timers and LPT local part timers are arranged in the AMPS structure. Similarly, in the AMPS structure, provision for PKB full time Bandhu has also been made. Those who have retired from service or who feel that they have completed the responsibilities of their worldly family,And if they want to give their full contribution in AMPS structure at that stage then they can also give their contribution as per their capability as PKB Full Time Bandhu.
But whichever department or trade LFT Local Full Timer/LPT Local Part Timer or PKB will be full time brothers. Their minimum requirements and whatever is required to complete their work. The responsibility of completing it also lies with the WT workers in charge of that trade and department. And it is also the responsibility of giving them complete training related to their trade and department.Before Baba left his physical body i.e. till 1990, Baba used to lay great emphasis on making LFT Local Full Timer/LPT and PKB full time brothers. LFT also insisted on taking reporting of local full timers. Maybe this would be the year 1980. That's when Baba and Central had planned to take this policy. And a senior grandfather also told me. At that time I was also LFT in Mumbai Circle i.e. Maharashtra. That the circle level WT workers in the organization should be removed from the circle level place and posted at another place in the organization and the LFT should be made the acting circle level in-charge at the circle (state level) level.In that I was also told to be ready to become the circle level acting secretary of VSS. Don't know why this program could not be metalized. I don't know the reason for that. And after that I was made in-charge of Delhi sector office of VSS as an LFT and transferred from Mumbai to Allahabad. Even when Baba reviewed the religion, LFT was given first priority. Baba used to lay great emphasis on making LFT.
Whatever system of structure of planetary paths is there in AMPS structure. Be it BP/UBP/ACB/LFT/LPT/PKB. Or apart from this, be it Grihi Tattvik / Grihi Acharya or Grihi Purodha, they all are the backbone of the organization.According to Baba in the AMPS structure, for the organization to run smoothly and transparently, the structure of WT workers and householders will have to come together and dedicate themselves to establishing the organization without any discrimination.
