AMPS Structure Number:-9 *ACB In the structure of AMPS organization, the posts of Bhuktipradhan and Up Bhuktipradhan under Grihi Margis come in the elected cadre. Similarly, the structure of ACB (Advisory Committee and Board) and LG (Local Guide) comes under the selected cadre.

The importance of ACB (Advisory Committee and Board) is very high in the organization. AMPS is helpful in completing the institutional and human welfare programs and public projects within the structure of the organization. Structure of ACB (Advisory Committee and Board) There is a provision in all the departments of the Central Committee of AMPS organization from globe level to village level.

Advisory committee

AMPS selects or selects such members from among the optees or members of each department or department at every level (from village level to globe level) in the structure of the organization, who are responsible for the work of that department or department. Have experience, or be an expert in those tasks.

And such members of every department, on the basis of their own experiences, give proper advice or advisory to the board of the departments of their respective level, that if work is done in this way in their department or department, then there will be more progress in the department or department. Then the advisory committee of that department or department gives advice to the board, then that board works to implement it in its respective department or departments based on that advice.

In this way, there is a provision to have minimum 3 and maximum 7 members in ACB Advisory Committee and Board. Therefore, the importance of the members of ACB Advisory Committee and Board is more. Because these people understand the situation of their respective areas very well and are also experienced.And along with the progress of the work of the members of the ACB Advisory Committee and Board in their respective departments (from global level to village level), it will also have to be seen whether any such activity is taking place in their area which is not desirable. And be against the norm? If any work is being done by anyone which is against the will and ideals, due to which the image of the structure of the organization is being tarnished or the unity of Anand Margis is being disturbed.So, inform the General Secretary (GS) of AMPS organization about the situation in your area through your concerned department or department official. And also to provide proper advice on behalf of its advisory committee for its solution. Because the members of the Advisory Committee are locals of their area and experts of their respective departments and are familiar with all the circumstances.Therefore, ACB Advisory Committee and Board have a very important place in the structure of AMPS organization.

ACB Advisory Committee and Board is the combined name of two committees:-


1) Advisory Committee.
2) Executive Board.

The advisory committee consists of senior leaders. It is very important for them to be expert, experienced and knowledgeable about the work related to the trade or department in which they will be pursuing. They guide the executive board.

There is an option to join the Working Board/Executive Board as a junior or active candidate. Those who work creatively and do their responsibilities with honesty and dedication, try to become experts in it.

All ACB Advisory Committees of all trades/departments at the central level and the AMPS structure of the Board are chaired by the General Secretary. And at the sector level, the SS Sectoral Secretary of the entire sector is their Chairman.

The secretaries of the respective trade/department of the ACB Advisory Committee and Board select the members. Each ACB Advisory Committee and Board will have an office. The office superintendent of that office will be LFT. LFT should be of attractive nature, calm nature, young and kind. He should know how to read and write English.Also one must have knowledge of computers, or he will try to learn slowly. The Office Superintendent will be responsible for maintaining complete records of his concern trade, correspondence and exchange with Central.

Advisory Committee and Board meetings must be held at least twice a year. And can do more if necessary. In the meeting, we will focus only on the programs scheduled by our respective trade and departments.

The tenure of the ACB Advisory Committee and Board will be three years. The Concerned Central ACB Advisory Committee and Board will also review the out turn of its members. If a member remains absent in 3 (three) meetings without giving any valid reason, his responsibility may be withdrawn.
