AMPS Structure PART-13

AMPS Structure Number :- 13

AMPS Structure Number:- 13

Central Committee (Legislature)

AMPS is trying to start a discussion about the WT/Sanyasi structure that exists in the organization.

The structure of AMPS. If we compare it with the world government. So that wouldn't be an exaggeration either. Whatever are the requirements for running the government of any country. All of them are present in the structure of the AMPS organization. And also the negative reasons due to which the governments of other countries fail. It has been specifically addressed.

This has also been seen in the governments of most of the countries. That even if a good policy is taken for the betterment of humanity, its results are not as good as they should be. Why does this happen The main reason for this is the guides and directors of the country's government. They are mostly unethical, corrupt and selfish elements. AMPS organization resolved to present such a model to the whole world through its structure. Due to which the government of every country takes all those policies for the welfare of humanity. Its 100% benefit can be availed by the entire human society as well as animals, birds, trees and plants etc.

It has been observed that some of the following shortcomings have been found in the governments of the country and their administrators.
a) Absence of spiritual moral guide
b) Absence of idealistic philosophy.
c) Progressive means absence of moral principles.
d) Absence of spiritual practice, service and sacrifice as the basis of life of the operators.
e) Operators and governments have multiple faces in their character, conduct and behaviour.*
f) Being influenced by linguism, regionalism, nepotism sentiments etc. among the operators.

Apart from these, there are many shortcomings in the governments of the country and their administrators, but these above mentioned shortcomings are the main ones. In AMPS organization, this is taken into consideration before giving responsibility to all the operators in its structure. That it does not have even one of the above deficiencies.

Why did the AMPS organization consider it necessary for the operators in the Central Committee (Legislative) of its structure to have the qualification "Purodha"?

Because according to Anand Marg, the following qualities are included in the leader.
1) The basis of a priest's life is spiritual practice, service and sacrifice.
2) The entire life of the Purodha is dedicated to serving selflessly for the welfare of human society, living beings, living beings etc.
3) There is no blemish on the character, conduct and behavior of the priests.

4) There is coordination in the thinking, speaking, and action of pioneer people.*
5) Purodha people are not influenced by any linguisticism, regionalism, and nepotism etc. sentiments.
6) The pioneers, being "spiritual and moral", are committed to establishing the religion.
7) Before giving orders or instructions to others, leaders set an example for others through their character, conduct and behavior.
8) Purodha people are reputed to follow Yama Niyama, Sixteen Points, Conduct Rules.
9) Purodha contains the qualities of all four varnas i.e. Shudra, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Vipra.
10) The leader creates respect in everyone's heart due to his sweet behavior.
11) Purodha Gana has the qualities of a good administrator.
12) There are qualities to solve the problems occurring in human society in a psychological manner.
13) Purodha Gana has presence of mind and the ability to take self-decision power.
14) Self-confidence and moral courage is very strong within the Purodha group.
15) Purodha Gana has the ability to give impartial justice.
16) The leaders never think about themselves. His every moment is always dedicated to the welfare of the world.

(Baba wants to create Purodhas with the above mentioned qualities and present them as a model in front of the governments of the whole world by getting his AMPS organization running. According to Anand Marg, people like Purodhas with the above mentioned qualities will become the leader of the country. If we start running governments then it will become very important for the welfare of human society.)

Due to the above mentioned qualities within the pioneer people, they are given the responsibility as directors at higher positions in the structure of AMPS organization.

Process of selection of Central Committee (Legislature):-

There are so many pioneers of "Anand Marg". Together they select a fixed number of leaders for the Central Committee of "Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh".

1) Suppose there are 120 Purodhas in Anand Marg. And 60 leaders have to be selected for the Central Committee. The Election Committee will organize a meeting to form the Central Committee after giving written notice to all 120 leaders at the time and place determined by the Election Committee.
2) In that meeting, the list of names of every Purodha (one paper will contain the names of all 120 Purodhas in the voter list) will be made available to all the 120 Purodhas.
