AMPS Structure PART-7

AMPS Structure Number :- 7

*AMPS Structure Number :- 7* Today we will discuss about the committees of Bhuktipradhan. Just as there are Bhuktipradhan's committees at the district level. Similarly, there will be committees up to the village level also. Village level committee:-

The village organizer will be nominated by the Chairman of the Bhukti General Committee, or in his absence by the Chairman of the Udhvartan Committee, or in his absence by the President of the Central Committee. They will organize a village committee with people of their choice. In case of his death or the villagers being dissatisfied with the actions of the Village Organizer, the nominating Chairman or President will nominate another person of the villagers' choice as Village Organizer.

There will be an executive committee in the village. Its member number will be determined as per the wishes of the constituents. In the absence of Acharyas or Tattvikas, people from the Marg can be nominated as members of the village executive.

State Committee, National Committee Recruitment:-

If there is a need to form a committee between the Bhukti Committee and the Legislative Central Committee of AMPS, i.e. for any state/state or a particular country, the Chairman of that committee will be nominated by the President of the Central Committee of AMPS. They will form their executive committee with people as per their wish.

That is, it is not a hard and fast rule that there must be a state committee or a national committee. Because if AMPS is to be established in any country outside India, then it is very important to form a committee consisting of citizens of that country.Since India is also a very big country. Therefore, if the President of the Legislature Central Committee of the AMPS organization feels the need to smoothly implement the programs and human welfare programs of the AMPS organization as per his own or the wishes of the people, then he can appoint a State Committee or a National Committee in the country of India. Any housewife can nominate. And the number of committees to be formed in the state or country will also be decided by the President of the Central Committee of AMPS.And the tenure of that committee will also be decided by the President of the Central Committee of AMPS. And can renew or extend the tenure of that state or country committee (the tenure of the state or country committee is determined by the President of the Central Committee of AMPS) upon its expiry. And if the prescribed tenure of the committee of that state or country is not renewed or extended. Then the committee or committee of that state or country will automatically become invalid.

Generally, the Purodha Pramukh and the President of the Central Committee will be the same person. And even if the Purodha Pramukh himself cannot act as the President of the Central Committee on his own will. In this situation, the President of the Central Committee will be nominated by the Purodhapramukh. And they will also decide the tenure of that President as per their wish.

(This has not been clarified in the procedure. The person whom the Purodha Pramukh will nominate in his place as the President of the Central Committee of AMPS should be a WT worker or a housewife.)

According to Chapter 39 of Charya Charya First Part, Number 10 of your various institutions:-

(For the convenience of work, the Central Committee may change, combine or amend the above rules as necessary.)
