Basic discussion about Grahi structure has been given in serial numbers 1 to 10 of AMPS structure. Now we will try to discuss about WT Workers Structure. The WT Workers Structure of AMPS is divided into about 10 parts for easy understanding.

1) Basis of WT structure.
2) Legislature. (Central Committee)
3) Executive. Central Executive Committee)
4) Judiciary. (From Tatvik Board to Purodha Board)
5) AMPS Department.
6) Trade.
7) Relations between trade and department.
8) President.
9) Purodhapramukh.
10) Purodhapramukh Board.

This is also the first thing to look at when discussing the WT structure in the AMPS organization. What qualifications are required for any member in the AMPS structure (housewife structure or WT workers structure)? 1) First of all, it is very important for him to be in good spirits. That is, to walk on the spiritual path, that member learns to practice the path of happiness.
2) One tries to become spiritually mature by adopting Yama Niyama, Sister Points, Conduct Rules etc. in his character.
3) Being mature in spirituality, when the character of that member tries to dedicate his entire life to the service of human welfare with a selfless attitude towards the Supreme Being. That member then enters the WT structure in the AMPS organization. And becomes Tatvik, Acharya, and Avadhuta. And if the member wishes to dedicate his selfless service to the structure of the AMPS organization as a member of its legislature (Central Committee), or executive (Central Executive Committee) or supreme judicial body (Purodha Board).

So, in order to go through the Central Committee process* to become the leader of the structure of AMPS organization, he has to learn special yoga practice and pass it. And when that member becomes a bonafide leader. And then when he is elected to the Central Committee by all the bonafide leaders. Then that member becomes eligible to become a part of the supreme committee of the AMPS organization.

As per Procedure Order “All Round Standard Utilization of Workers and Margins”
1) Standard of Knowledge.
2) Standard of Sadhana.
3) Standard off out turn.
4) Standard of Conduct.

Similarly, according to the procedure order, the workers cadre has also been divided into 4 parts.
1) DP Cadre.
a) D - 1
b) D - 2
c) D - 3
d) D - 4
2) RM Cadre.
3) Miscellaneous Cadre.
4) General Cadre. We will try to discuss the above cadre further in due course of time.

The WT structure is shown from the base. That all the members of WT structure in AMPS organization are established in Sad Vipra, Spiritual Van, Yama Niyama, Sixteen Points and Conduct Rules and selflessly serve till their last breath for human welfare. Are dedicated.
