When AMPS institution is registered outside India (overseas). So a board is formed there taking citizens/travellers from that country. It is very important to include the following points in it.

*As far as possible, while registering in that country, the name of the organization should be AMPS i.e. "Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh".

*That its mother organization is the headquarters of AMPS in India.

*The entire transfer posting authority rests with AMPS of India.

It is possible that sometimes the above rules have to be amended as per the need in any country. It also depends on the local rules of that country.
