AMPS Structure. Number:-16
Central Executive Committee
Starting at number 12 under the WT Workers structure of the AMPS structure. From which it was revealed that the leader of WT workers structure is the President of AMPS. Since most of the posts of Purodha Pramukh and President are held by the same person. Therefore sometimes there is confusion as to who has direct control of the AMPS structure.
As long as Sri Sri Anandamurthy ji was present in his physical body. Till then he used to play the following roles.
*Tarak Brahm Baba, came to this earth with a mission of his own. And came with his entire team to complete that mission.
*First of all, he gave the ideology, and to spread that ideology to the whole world and establish his ideology, he established an "Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh".
*The responsibility was given to the organization "Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh" to build Sad Wipro through the ideology of Anand Marg through the method of Main Making Mission.
*Since "Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh" is an organization. To run it smoothly, the post of a President was appointed. But he kept that President under his control. And a guide line or a direction was set for them like the rule of Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh's constitution, procedure order, convention of Baba's time and rules of conduct rules to be followed 100 percent.
That is, whether the President and the Purodha Pramukh are the same person or the Purodha Pramukh has given the responsibility of President to another person X for his convenience. In both the circumstances, no one has the right to act against the rules of the Constitution, Procedure Order, Convention and Conduct Rules of Baba's time of "Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh". (As long as Baba was present in the physical body. He was supreme, he could make any rules for the organization, and could change or amend his rules. He (Baba) had full authority. But after leaving the physical body of Baba, no one has the right to change the charya* charya, procedure orders,* conventions and conduct rules of Baba's time of AMPS. And in the future, wherever there will be a need to make changes in the procedure (for the convenience of work). Instructions for that have already been given in Charya Charya.)
Central Executive Committee.
The President, with the approval of his Purodha Pramukh (if the Purodha Pramukh has given the responsibility of his President to another person Let's do it. And then the President and the General Secretary together and with the approval of the Purodha Pramukh form their own executive committee.
If the President wishes, he can take three (3) such people in his executive committee. Who is not even a member of the Central Committee.
*The President will determine the number of members of the Central Executive Committee.
*The Chairman of the Central Executive Committee will be the General Secretary.
*The Convener of the Central Executive Committee will be the Central Office Secretary.
*The tenure of the Central Executive Committee will be 5 (five) years.
Duties and powers of the Central Executive Committee.
1) General Secretary (GS) (Chairman).
2) Central Office Secretary (COS) (Secretary).
3) Cadre Control Secretary (CCS). (Member) (Not PA).
4) General Training Secretary. (GTS) Member.
It will be very important to get the transfer posting approved by the project leader.
Trade and Department.
There are many departments in the AMPS structure. All those departments come directly under AMPS. But there are so many trades. They would also be indirectly controlled by AMPS. But their legal registration is separate from that of AMPS organization. As:-
*SDM Controller of Seva Dharma Mission Central Dharma Prachar Secretary (Central DPS Secretary.
*Controller of PU Prout Universal Central Public Relations Secretary (Central PRS Secretary)
*The controller of ASD (VSS) is the General Secretary of AMPS. And the controller of the SD service group is the global SG of the ASD (VSS).
The above is the responsibility of the Controller of Trade. Whether the Trade Head of each trade is handling his responsibilities as per the policy of AMPS structure or not.
