AMPS Structure. Number:- 15
Central Executive Committee
Before discussing the Central Executive Committee, it is important to understand. That the executive head of the Central Committee is the President of the Sarva AMPS structure. Most of the time the Purodha Pramukh and the President are the same person. But if the Principal Chief wishes that instead of assuming the responsibility of the President of his/her AMPS structure, he/she can give the responsibility of the President to some other person.
To understand AMPS structure, it is very important to understand one thing. That Anand Marg is an ideology. And it is the responsibility of AMPS (Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh) structure to spread and establish the ideology of Anand Marg to the last person in the entire world. There is a slight difference between the responsibilities of the Purodha Pramukh and the responsibilities of the President. This will be discussed in detail further. It is very important to know this much here.
(For ease of understanding, let us assume that the Purodha Pramukh has given the responsibility of President of his AMPS structure to another individual (X))
That the President is concerned only with the structure of AMPS. And as the pioneer chief, the answer is whether the President is able to properly propagate and establish the ideology of Anand Marg through his AMPS structure or not.
And whether the Central Committee is making new policy, or change, or amendment as per the Charya Charya, Procedure Order, and Convention as per Baba's time? If this does not happen then the Central Committee whose chairman is also the President himself. So as the initiator of the resolution passed by the Central Committee, the agenda passed there can also be invalidated.
Because Mr. , is against the procedural order or convention of Baba's time. So will that resolution be considered final? The answer is, not at all. The Purodha Pramukh can also invalidate this type of resolution. The Central Committee of the AMPS structure is the highest policy making body of the AMPS organization. But until the resolution passed by the Central Committee is approved by the Purodha Pramukh. Till then that resolution will be invalid in AMPS organization.
(This can happen only if all the leaders in the structure of AMPS organization are established in Yama Niyama, 16 points, and have risen above any linguism, regionalism, nepotism or any other kind of narrow mindedness. And be selflessly loyal to the ideal. If any Purodha or Purodha chief is loyal to any personality other than his own ideal or ideal, then there will be an opportunity for problems to arise in the AMPS organization. Therefore, the Purodha must declare This needs to be seen before:-
*That there should not be any blemish in the character, conduct and behavior of the Purodha candidate.
*Be established in Yama Niyama, 16 Points, Conduct Rules.
* Must have risen above any linguisticism, regionalism, nepotism or any other type of narrow mindedness.
*And be selflessly loyal to your ideal.
*If any attempt is made to create division (from internally or externally) against the AMPS organization. So, sacrifice your life for the unity of AMPS organization.
(Therefore, the selection of Purodha should not be compromised in any way with the procedure and procedure order of the AMPS organization as well as the resolution passed in the Central Committee in 1993 regarding the "Main Criteria of Purodha Gan". According to him, candidates for the Purodha are not found. Till then, the organization should be run without a Purodha in the same manner as Baba had set an example for us by running it from 1955 to 1990. )
We must be thinking here. Why is AMPS giving so much emphasis on the quality of the leader in the structure of the organization? To explain this, it is very important to put an example in front of you. There are two types of benefits that come from managers having spiritual and moral values.
1) Formation of spiritual moral values.
Like today's governments in the country, whether they are the state government or the central government. There governments also make good policies for the welfare of the public. But its full benefits do not reach the public. The reason for this is that the so-called leaders of the government are the operators of the governments. They are not spiritually moral. And more than half the money reaches them. A then Prime Minister of India himself had publicly accepted this. That 100 paisa is sent from the Central Government to the public. Out of that, only 15 paise reaches the public. And the remaining 85 paise is eaten up by the middlemen. That means there is a lack of morality among the government operators. Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh organization, through its ideology of Anand Marg and the method of its man making mission, creates moral as well as spiritual moral people i.e. such pioneers. Who are later given the responsibility of operators of human society in AMPS organization. Who are dedicated to serving the human society selflessly. Who do not have any personal interest of their own.
2) Being spiritually moral has another benefit. Suppose, any person or any such group or any private or government agency or any unethical group, by itself or through its agents, tries to conspire to high jack the AMPS organization. So he will not be able to high jack the organization through his efforts. Such people, whether that person or that agency, can adopt two methods.
If the main drivers of AMPS structure are the pioneers. If they are spiritually moral and loyal to their God's ideal. So no person from inside or outside the organization or any private government agency will be able to succeed in trying to destroy the AMPS organization through their conspiracy. That is a different matter, that Baba himself is Tarak Brahm. And they will not allow any such conspiracy to succeed. Those who are trying to destroy Anand Marg or Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh. Those who are trying to destroy Anand Marg or Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh. In the end such conspirators will have to be defeated. This is the complete truth.
