*AMPS Structure Number:- 8* *Sub Bhukti Pramukh :- Every Bhukti consists of several blocks. And the head of each block is called Up Bhuktipramukh. And the Bhuktipradhan performs the supervisory function of all the sub-Bhuktipradhans. The number of police stations there are in cities, each police station is considered a block. (Mostly there is only one police station in a block.)

If we try to understand this chapter of Upa Bhuktipramukh carefully, then we will come to know that Upa Bhuktipramukh is not only for Anandmargis or is not responsible. Rather, along with those who are happy, they are also responsible towards those who are not happy. Election of Deputy Chief:-

The SADVP of a sub-district will elect the sub-subdistrict head of its area. Upa Bhuktipramukh may or may not be a Grihi Acharya and Grihi Tatvik. But it is very important for them to be educated housewives. His tenure will be for three years. After that new elections will be held.

Deputy Bhutti Committee:- The elected Deputy Chief Consumer Committee will be constituted by the members selected by him from amongst the members from different parts of the Deputy Corporation. The Deputy Bhukti Pramukh will decide the number of members of the Sub Bhukti Committee. Duties and* responsibilities of Deputy Bhuktipramukh:-

The role of ISMUB department in relation to land. Such as inspection, seminar, movement, utilization and board. The Social Security Department will have the same duty regarding sub-occupancy.

Consumer relations will open more and more schools to increase the percentage of literates in consumer sector. And develop higher standards of ethics in consumption. (Here, what has been said about raising the level of literacy or the level of morality within Bhukti, it has been talked about the entire Upabhukti. It also includes Grihi Margi and Non Margi.)

The Deputy Bhuktipramukh, with the help of his Bhuktisto and other senior officers, will try to increase the purchasing power of the local people. And will open more and more public stores (universal stores) to meet the needs of the local population. (Here also the responsibilities shown to the Deputy Bhuktipramukh are for the Margis as well as the non-Margis.

The Deputy Bhukti Pramukh will try to increase the agricultural and industrial production of his sub Bhukti. They will start the required number of medical centers (charitable homes) in Up Bhukti in collaboration with the divisions of Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh. (Here too there is talk of growth of agricultural and industrial production, and of medical centres, or charitable homes. They are both for the Margis of the entire Upa Bhukti and for the non-Margis)

Deputy Bhukti Pramukh can also be a member of the Bhukti Working Committee of his Bhukti, but he will not get any department in that committee.
