AMPS Structure. Number:- 21
The previous section of the AMPS Structure describes the ACB Advisory Committee and Board. How many ACB Advisory Committees and Boards are there in departments and trades? And the President/General Secretary also has his own ACB Advisory Committee and Board.
judicial system*
To understand the judicial system, it is important to understand that the Presiding Officer and the President are the same person. But if the Purodha Pramukh wants to give the responsibility of the President to someone else instead of assuming the responsibility of the President himself, then he can do so. But the person to whom the responsibility of President will be given. That President will have to take approval from the Principal Chief for every work of his institution.
It is important to understand the difference in the responsibilities of the President and the Chief Executive. Let us assume that Puroda Pramukh has handed over the responsibility of his President to another person, Mr. Responsibilities of the President:-
_The President fulfills his entire responsibility_ through the General Secretary of the AMPS organization.
1) It is the main responsibility of the President. That Baba's ideology should be propagated and established throughout the world through the General Secretary of the AMPS structure.
2) Whether the General Secretary of the structure of AMPS organization is able to properly follow the ethics, procedure order and conduct rules through his Central Executive Committee or not. If not then guide them.
3) To arrange institutional refresher courses from time to time for the structure cadre/office bearers of Grihi Margi and Sanyasi of the organization.
4) Take care of the welfare of the structure of AMPS organization whether it is of Grihi Margis or WT workers/Sanyasis.
5) Whether more and more Acharya/Grihi Acharya, Avadhoot, Purodha/Grihi Purodha Gana are being formed in AMPS organization or not. If not then guide them.
6) The President of AMPS is the Chairman of the Central Committee (Legislative) of AMPS. The Central Committee (Legislature) makes new policies or makes changes or amendments in the policy as per the need based on the procedure and procedure order with the approval of the Chief Executive.
Responsibilities of the Principal
*The Purodha Pramukhs of Anand Marg and Anand Marg Pracharaks are the leaders of the Sangh.
*His order is final for all Anand Margis./p>
*They can also change or amend their order as per their wish (based on the principles of practice and procedure order).
*And the Purodha is the Chairman of the Board (for his entire life).
*If he wishes, he can also resign from the post of Purodha Pramukh as per his wish due to his ill health. But he cannot be pressurized to resign from the post of Purodha.
*But if he is unable to do the work of the organization due to his ill health, then for the welfare of the organization it would be better for him to resign from the post of its founding head. If the Purodha Pramukh is unable to work due to his ill health, then in that situation others may misuse his name and position by taking advantage of his ill health.
*The Purodha Pramukhs run the AMPS organization with their approval through their President.
*The Purodha Pramukhs also control the Avadhoot Board, Acharya Board, and Tatvik Board through their Purodha Board.Responsibilities of Purodha Board:-/p>
*To create more and more Purodhas (Housewives Purodhas and WT Workers Sanyasi Purodhas) in AMPS organization.
*Maintaining the standards of manufacturers.
*If any particularly complex problem is seen in Anand Marg or any serious disagreement is seen, the decision of the Central Purodha Council will be considered final. The members of Purodha Parishad will unanimously agree on the principle and the society will accept it. If there is no unanimity among the council members, then only the majority vote will count as councilor. If the votes of both the parties are equal, the Chairman will have one vote as village councilor. Every Anandmargi will have to accept the principles of Purodha Parshad without any argument.
*The Purodha Pramukh will be elected by the votes of the Purodhas.
*The Purodha Councilor will also elect the remaining three persons among the four members as Purodha.
*His tenure will be for 5 years.
* If someone dies before the completion of five years or resigns due to ill health, re-election will be held in his place.
*If the majority of the electorate express dissatisfaction with the activities of any member of the Purodha Council. So, upon getting the consent of the Purodha Pramukh, re-election can be held in his place.
Avadhoot Board
The number of non-entrants in the organization is subject to the approval of the Purodha Board. Together they form the Avadhoot Board of 4 members. Vyashti Avadhoot, one of the elected members, is the Secretary of the Board. All the rules and regulations related to Avadhoot, punishment, discipline and justice are all determined by the Avadhoot Board. The principles adopted by the Avadhoot Board will be forwarded to the Purodha Pramukh on the recommendation of the Acharya Board for approval.Avadhoots will obey the Purodha Pramukh. And without approval no decision of the Avdhoot Board will be valid.
* Avadhoot is the main function of the board. To increase the number of Avdhutas as much as possible.
*Avadhuta Board will maintain the standards of its Avadhuta people.
Acharya Board
The number of teachers in the institution is subject to the approval of the Purodha Board. Together they form the Acharya Board of 8 members. One of the elected members is the Secretary of the Board. All the rules, laws, punishment, discipline and justice related to Acharya Board are decided by the Acharya Board only. The theory accepted by the Acharya Board will be sent to the Purodha Pramukh for approval.
Acharya is the main function of the board. To increase the number of Acharyas as much as possible.
*Acharya Board will maintain the standards of its Acharyas.
elemental board
All the elements in the organization are subject to the approval of the Tatvik Board. Together they form a fundamental board of 12 members. One of the elected members is the Secretary of the Board. All the rules, laws, punishment, discipline and justice related to the Tatvik Board are decided by the Tatvik Board only. The theory adopted by the Tatvik Board will be sent to the Purodha Pramukh along with the recommendation of the Acharya Board for approval.
*The main function of Tatbik Board is. That is to increase the number of elementals as much as possible.
*The Tatvik Board will maintain the standards of its Tatvik people.
*The discussion in parts serial number 1 to 21 of the AMPS structure shows that the head of the AMPS organization runs the structure of the organization through his President. But we keep its complete control in our hands.
*But the judicial system of Anand Marg i.e. Purodha Board, Avadhoot Board, Acharya Board, and Tatvik Board is directly controlled by the Purodha Pramukh himself.
*The judicial system in the AMPS structure is like this. If there is any kind of internal problem in Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh, no matter how big or complicated it is. If any action or procedure is followed 100% of the order. So our procedure and procedure order is capable of solving that problem.
*If any member of Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh takes recourse to any other court or court other than the judicial system of the organization. So it should be understood that that member of Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh has not followed the constitution and rules of Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh.
It is believed that Baba will solve the problem of Anand Marg according to the judicial system of his organization Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh, which has been provided under the constitution and operating rules of the organization. And not from any other court or courts.
