WT workers structure

The household structure in the structure of AMPS organization was discussed in numbers 1 to 11. Since AMPS organization has only one specialty, that it is run by both the householders and the monks together and with transparency without any discrimination. Since every member of AMPS organization is a Sadvipra. Because the beginning of being a member of AMPS organization starts with the spiritual practice of Anand Marg and Yama Niyama.

Since AMPS is an organization. And it is very important to have full-time workers in every organization. WT workers/sannyasis are the full time workers in AMPS organization. AMPS organization follows its own process of creating full-time workers.

Purpose of AMPS organization
1) The main objective of AMPS organization is to establish Sri Sri Anandmurthy's ideology based on modern humanism (which wants to be known as Anand Marg) to the last person in the whole world.
2) To create such leaders to guide the entire world for its welfare. One who is spiritual and moral. Which has the following features:-


a) Whose life is based on spiritual practice, service and sacrifice.
b) Those who do not have any interest of their own. And his entire life should be dedicated selflessly to the service of the society.
c) Whose character, conduct and behavior do not have any blemish.
d) Those who have the ability to psychologically eliminate the conservative evils of the society.
e) Who have the ability to solve the problems living in human society.
f) Regional feelings, linguism, nepotism, and other such sentiments which divide human society. Not to be influenced by them.
g) Due to his thoughts and virtuous nature, he should try to remain respectful to everyone and everyone should respect his principles wholeheartedly. Such should be his capacity.
h) He should have devotion towards God and ideals.
i) One who does not have the desire to make his name or his personality famous.
j) One who tries to incorporate within himself all the qualities of the four varnas i.e. Shudra, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Vipra.
k) One who is committed to following the orders and instructions given for spiritual practice in every day of his life.
l) Who considers the entire world society as his own society and is dedicated to serving its welfare.

The program created by AMPS organization to create the kind of full-time workers (who possess all the above mentioned qualities) to fulfill the above objective 100%. So for that AMPS organization adopted a process. Which are written below.
a) To create Sadvipra through the practice of Anand Marg (including Yama Niyama).
b) Tatvik:- (Experience of knowledge of the root causes and elements of the world)


c) Acharya: - (One who can impress everyone by presenting his ideals in front of everyone through his character, conduct and behaviour.
d) Avadhoot:- Those for whom it is not possible to carry out excessive family duties in the work of religious propagation and public service. If he takes sannyasa ritually. (According to Chapter 41 of Charya Charya First Part, Avadhuta and Avadhuta Parshad).
e) Vishesh Yoga:- Vishesh Yoga is the highest process of sadhana which completely establishes the spiritual seeker in spirituality. After becoming established in special yoga, the seeker becomes entitled to come in the category of a "spiritual moral person".

*If the Grihi is Margi, then after becoming Grihi Acharya, he completes the entire prescribed process of Sadhana of Special Yoga and comes into the process of becoming the leader of the AMPS organization and comes into the category of operators of the AMPS structure.

And if WT is a worker/sanyasi*, then after becoming an Avadhoot, after completing the entire prescribed process of Vishesh Yoga, he becomes a spiritual and moral person in the structure of AMPS organization and comes into the category of operators in the organization.

AMPS organization, through its above mentioned main making process, works to prepare the seeker as a guide for the human society by making him spiritually moral.

In the next AMPS structure number 13, the legislature of Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh i.e. the Central Committee will be discussed.

Since the leaders are mentioned in the legislature of AMPS organization i.e. Central Committee. Therefore, the process of becoming a leader and what qualities a leader should possess is very important. It was necessary to discuss it.
