Problem and solution of the organization Part-1

Problem and solution of the organization. Part-1

In today's present time, mostly all WT workers (except black ship workers of the organization) and mostly all Ghri Margi brothers and sisters (except some fanatic Ghri Margi brothers and sisters of divided groups) want it. That through their efforts a permanent solution to the organization may be reached as soon as possible. But not getting success. Why so?

Be it WT workers, or home-based brothers and sisters, whoever is trying to find a solution for the organization. They must keep some important things in mind while finding solutions for the organization.

1) As far as possible, we should avoid the hassles of courts. Because it is said about the judicial system of India. If a person files a case or lawsuit in the court to get justice, then he keeps getting date after date, when his children become young, then those children also waste their entire life in that case or lawsuit. Is. Then those children have children. They are able to get justice for the cases filed by their grandfathers. That is also not necessary. Its meaning is this. That we should resort to court only when absolutely necessary.

(Baba has given such guidelines in Charya Charya. If we follow Charya Charya 100%, then no one will even get the opportunity to go to the court of the government of the country. And if anyone files a court case against someone else, If it has been done then it should be understood that the person filing the case has not followed the AMPS constitution and procedure.)

Because divided groups are wanted. That someone in front may file a case against them. Due to which other routes are closed. And they continue to do their own thing silently in their organization.

As we are seeing, Kolkata Kovid Group and Ranchi Kovid Group have filed a case against each other in the court through title suits 305/2003 (Governing Body Case) and 359/2003 (Expulsion Case). Today, almost 21 years have passed and still no final decision has been taken even from the lower court. It is possible that at least now and in 5/10 years, if the final decision is taken from the lower court, there is less hope. Then there is also the High Court and the Supreme Court.

2) At present AMPS organization has 2 constitutions.

a) Legal Society Act Registered Constitution of AMPS organization.
b) Constitution of AMPS organization which is Charya Charya Part 1/2/3 given by Baba.
Some points of both the constitutions are contrary to each other. As:-
1) Member Ship. Society Act. Registered Constitution:- There are two types of membership in this.
a) Founder Membership.
b) General Membership.

There are 3 conditions for general membership.
a) It is very important to learn the practice of Anand Marg.
b) Completes 18 years of age.
c) It is very important to follow Charya Charya part 1/2/3.

*Charya Charya Constitution:-* There is no membership of any kind in this. When anyone learns the practice of Ananda Marga, he cannot be a member of the AMPS organization. They are only followers of Anand Marg. When that seeker is given any trade or department related duty of AMPS organization after learning the sadhna. Then that seeker contributes to that given duty as a voluntary worker or volunteer. But those seekers cannot be members of AMPS organization. Because there is no provision for any kind of membership in Charya Charya.

Therefore, no record of membership is maintained in the office of AMPS organization. Because the constitution of AMPS organization is just a matter of discussion. And according to the Society Act Registered *Constitution of AMPS organization, it is very important to follow Charya Charya Part 1/2/3 as per the third condition of being a member of the organization.

That is, if you do not follow Charya Charya Part 1/2/3, then you will be in violation of the Society Act of AMPS organization. Even according to the registered constitution, AMPS cannot be a member of the organization.

That is, if there is conflict between the Society Act Registered Constitution and the Charya Charya Constitution. For Anand Margis, Charya Charya is the only constitution of AMPS organization.

Tzbr>2) Membership Fee:- Society Act. Registered Constitution:- As per the Societies Act Registered Constitution, after completing the eligibility for membership of AMPS organization, a membership fee of Re 1 (one) per calendar year has to be paid.

Charya Charya Constitution:-

According to the Charya Charya Constitution, there is no provision for membership. Hence there is no question of membership fees.

3) Election System:-

Society Act Registered Constitution:- According to the Society Act Registered Constitution, the office bearers of the AMPS organization are democratically selected by the members of the AMPS organization (who fulfill all the three conditions of eligibility of the members as per the Society Act Registered Constitution) and pay a fee of Re 1 (one) per year in the office of the AMPS organization. Deposit.) is done by voting rights.

Charya Charya Constitution:-

The selection method of office bearers in the Charya Charya Constitution does not at all match with the Society Act Registered Constitution of AMPS organization. Because according to the constitution of AMPS, first the officers are selected. Later, elections are held among the selected people. But according to the Society Act Registered Constitution of AMPS organization, whoever is eligible to be a member. So those members have the right to democratically select the office bearers as per their choice by using their voting rights.

4) Expulsion system. Society Act Registered Constitution As per the Society Act registered constitution of AMPS organization it has expulsion system. Because there is a provision for membership in it.

charya charya constitution

There is no expulsion system in the operating rules of AMPS organization. Because there is no provision for membership in it. Because all the workers in this are volunteers. At most, the duty given by the AMPS organization can be drawn or taken back from the voluntary worker or volunteer.
