Organization's problems and solutions. Part:- 2

Solution:-

There are 2 (two) types of solutions to the AMPS organization problem.

1) Temporary solution.
2) Permanent solution.

Temporary solution:-

Call it a temporary solution. That if AMPS unites just to fulfill their self-interests by ignoring the constitution of the organization. The way political parties unite people of different ideologies just to gain political power. This type of unity does not last long. Unless the ideology of unity remains the same. The basis of unity of Anand Margis of AMPS organization should be only Charya Charya.

The biggest thing is to have faith in each other. Right now, in the AMPS organization, one divided group considers another divided group as its enemy. It cannot be said whether the fanatic people of the divided group consider Baba as their idol or not? But no one in any divided group believes in the ideal of their favorite Baba. This is 100% correct. If all the divided groups start following the ideal of Ishta Baba. So it will not take even a moment to find a solution to the problems of the organization.

It is also true that there will be unity in divided groups without the basis of behavior. So AMPS organization will go back 21 years.

Suppose today even if there is temporary unity somehow. So that unity will not last long. Because:-

According to Baba, the constitution of AMPS organization is just a matter of discussion. When Baba made AMPS organization a constitution under the Society Act. It also states that it is mandatory to follow Charya Charya Part 1/2/3 to be eligible to be a member of AMPS organization.

Permanent solution.

Only then can there be a permanent solution to the AMPS organization. When there is any difference between the guidelines or principles of the conduct of AMPS organization and the Society Act Constitution. They should be amended. That is, as per the constitutional procedure of AMPS organization (which has been explained in detail in the problem and constitution of the organization Part* 1. Like:- Membership/Membership fee/Election system/and expulsion etc.) by amending the Society Act Constitution of AMPS organization. , Charya Charya should be done as per the rules.

If this happens. Only then can the problem of the organization be solved in a permanent manner. Because Baba has given such a system in Charya Charya, that no institutional case can be filed in any government court.

If after 1990 when the people of the organization were united. At that time, the principles of Charya Charya in the Central Committee of AMPS organization would have been amended to the principles of the Society Act Registered Constitution. So Kolkata Group does not get a chance to file Title Suit 305/2003 Governing Body Case and Ranchi Group to file Title Suit 359/2003 Expulsion Case against each other.

Now a question arises. That Kolkata and Ranchi divided group which claims itself to be the real AMPS organization. Can any divided group make any kind of amendment in the Society Act Constitution of AMPS organization by passing a resolution in their respective Central Committee and make the above mentioned amendments for the permanent solution of the organization?

The answer will be that no divided group can pass any such resolution in their respective Central Committee, which affects the constitution or constitution of the AMPS organization. Because AMPS organization is in litigation due to the court case. Until the final judgment comes from the court. Even if Ranchi Kovid Group has a leader as its leader. Because the post of pioneer head of AMPS is also in litigation in the court.

Who can solve the problem of AMPS organization?

The originators of the organization's problems are some WT workers of AMPS (who are the black ships of the organization). Apart from them, no one could do anything legally. The terror of those black ships is so much that no one wants to come forward and face those black ships. respectively
