Problem and solution of the organization Part-3

Problem and solution of the organization. Part-3

Organization's problems and solutions. Part:-3

When a seeker embraces the path of bliss. So he tries to become famous in Yama by following the rules. When it becomes prestigious. Then he becomes entitled to be called Sad Vipra. And after taking up Sadhana, whenever their Acharya gives them the responsibility of any duty related to the institution. So he tries to give his voluntary service to AMPS organization.

If we look at Charya Charya, the following is mentioned in it.

1) Initiation.
2) Sad Vipra.
3) Bhuktipradhan / Chief.
4) Elemental/Elemental Board.
5) Acharya/Acharya Board.
6) Avadhoot/Avadhoot Board.
7) Special yoga practice.
8) Purodha / Purodha Board.
9) Central Committee.
10) Central Executive Committee. 11) State Committee.

In the above serials 1 to 10, except serial number 6 (Avadhoot/Avadhoot Board), Grihi Margis have been given place. But many householder brothers have also received the initiation of Kapalik.

AMPS organization consists of the following cadre.

1a) WT Cadre.
1b) Elected cadre.
1(Bhukti Pradhan/Chief etc.)
1c) Selected Cadre.
1(LFT/LPT/PKB etc.)
1d) Nominated Cadre.
1(ACB etc.)

AMPS organization is one such organization. Which is operated by both monks and householders. In other institutions, there is a lot of difference between the number of monks and their followers. But Baba set an example for the whole world by creating the AMPS organization and giving joint responsibility to both the Sanyasi group and the householder brothers and sisters to run it.

The purpose of giving the above information here is. So that we can understand the problems of the organization and get help in finding their solutions.

We have to explain the difference between Tatvik/Acharya/Avadhoot and Purodha.

Tatvik/Acharya/Avadhoot and special yoga are related to spirituality.

But the post of Purodha is a process in the AMPS organization involving the Central Committee/Central Executive Committee and the process of selecting the Purodha Pramukh.

Why is the post of Purodha suitable for AMPS organization?

Information about the post of Purodha has already been given. That the title of Purodha is just a process of AMPS organization. And if we say that the post of a priest is in a way respected in spiritual morality. Most of the people we have seen these days, whether they are from a country, a human society, an organization or a company, do not have spiritual morality in them. They don't even have simple morality. For this reason, neither the country, human society, organization or company can achieve all-round development or progress. Baba wants. That whether it is a country, human society, organization or any company, their leaders should be spiritual, moral and completely dedicated to selfless service.

Just as gold is heated in fire and is called gold. In the same way, a priest also has the right to be called a spiritually moral person by doing penance in spirituality. When a seeker learns the practice of Anand Marg and gets established in Yama Niyama, Tatvik / Grihi Tatvik / Acharya / Grihi Acharya / Avadhoot (if WT worker) / Special Yoga (after Grihi Margi, Grihi Acharya, special yoga and WT worker becomes Avadhoot. After this, one goes through the process of spiritual practice like Vishesh Yoga). And is prestigious in that. Then 5 trainees or examiners of AMPS organization pass the examination with 100% marks. Then the chief priest of Anand Marg declares that candidate as a priest. Unless the Purodha Pramukh declares someone as a Purodha, he is not entitled to be called a bonafide Purodha of the AMPS organization. Even if he has completed the practice of special yoga. Or even if you have completed the special yoga exam 100%. It is not right to link the post of priest with any spiritual practice.AMPS is the process of making the organization its leader and making it the chief executive of the organization. When someone becomes an Acharya or Avadhuta, it is necessary for him to take the pledge or oath of his own Acharya and Avadhuta. But after becoming a priest, one does not have to take any kind of pledge for the post of priest.

When any seeker learns the practice of Anand Marg. Even then the Guru makes the seeker take an oath or pledge. When Baba makes someone an Acharya, then Baba also takes the Acharya Pratigya or Oath from that Acharya. And even when Baba makes someone His Avadhuta, Baba takes Avadhuta Oath or pledge from that Avadhuta. But if someone becomes the leader of AMPS organization, there is no provision for the leader's oath or pledge after his father becomes that leader.

That is, the post of Purodha comes under a process of AMPS organization. The Constitution of Ananda Marga Charya Charya has laid down the duties and responsibilities of Griha Margi, WT Workers Acharya, Avadhuta, and Purodha. No one has been given the right to interfere in anyone else's selection system and work. According to Charya Charya, if any Griha is Margi, or Acharya, then he has neither the duty nor the responsibility to interfere in the selection system of Avadhuta.Similarly, according to Charya Charya, neither any Griha Margi, Acharya or any Avdhoot has any duty nor any responsibility to interfere in the work and selection system of the Purodha.

When any elemental or household elemental problem arises in AMPS organization. So it is the responsibility of the Tatvika Board to solve that problem.

And when any problem related to Acharya or Grihi* Acharya arises, then it is the responsibility of *Acharya Board* to solve that problem.

And if any problem related to Avadhut arises, then it is the responsibility of the Avadhut Board to find a solution to that problem.

And if any problem related to Purodha arises, then the solution to that problem lies with the Purodha Board.

If a particularly complex problem arises in an AMPS organization, it is the responsibility of the Purodha Board to solve that problem.

But the Society Act Constitution of the AMPS organization provides a lot of rights to the Grihi Margis (who are the bonafide members of the AMPS organization).

But in today's time, there is a problem of division among the people of AMPS organization from 2003 till today. That problem is 100% created by some WT workers (black ships). But all those WT workers (Black Ship) do not want the problem of the organization to be solved.

Other WT workers of AMPS do not have the courage to come forward and protest because they fear the terrorism of the black ship of the organization which is the WT workers.

If any householder comes forward and starts protesting. So he is intimidated by filing false cases.

The question is, who should tie the bell around his neck? The day anyone will be ready to tie a bell around his neck. Solutions to the problems of the organization will start emerging.

First of all we have to go in depth about 6 (six) things of AMPS organization.

1) Society Act Registered Constitution.
2) Charya Charya.
3) AMPS Structure.
4) Current legal status.
5) The main root of the present problem.
6) Some WT workers who are black ships. Their special information.

According to the Society Act registered constitution of AMPS organization, the *members of AMPS organization are the same. Which fulfills the following conditions.

1) One who has learned the practice of Anand Marg.
2) Who has completed 18 years of age.
3) Which follows the procedure part 1/2/3 of AMPS organization.
4) Who deposits his/her membership fee of Re 1 (one) per calendar year in AMPS organization

(But as per Charya Charya, there is no provision for membership and membership fees)

According to Charya Charya:-
a) All those who are established in the rules of Yama after learning the practice of the path of bliss, are entitled to be called Sad Vipra.
b) All those Synods together elect any one Synod member in their diocese as the Bhuktipradhan of AMPS.

He acts as a bridge or link between the Central and Ghri Margis of the selected Bhukti Pradhan AMPS organization. Whose main work is to establish the projects and programs given by AMPS organization.

c) According to Sutra No. 2 of Chapter 5 of Ananda Sutram, the main functions of Sad Vipro are as follows.

Cakrakendra Sadviprah Cakraniyantrakah

chakrakendra sadvipra chakracontroller

According to the rules and regulations of AMPS organization, those who are well-versed in household life are entitled to make the following contribution.

1) Bhuktipradhan/Up Bhukti Pradhan etc.
2) LFT/LPT/PKB.
3) Home elemental.
4) Grihi Acharya.
5) Purodha.
6) Purodha Pramukh.
7) Central Committee Member.
8) Central Executive Committee Member.
9) ACB member.

On the basis of the guidelines and principles given in Charya Charya from numbers 1 to 9 above, all the Grihi Margi who are established in Yama Niyama are entitled to be called Sad Vipra. They all deserve what they deserve.

**Kapalik. (Baba had given Kapalik Diksha to many *Ghri Margis)

This should be the solution for AMPS organization.

1) In which there is no legal court case involved. Offensive court case, if any. But one should not completely depend on the court case.
2) The method of protest should be like this. In which there is no possibility of forming any new group.
3) The gap that exists between homemakers and WT workers. It should be abolished.

A dedicated team is required for the above work. And the team leader and the entire team will have to wear a bell around their neck and it will be mandatory to give time to the entire team.
