Internal villains of the organization. Part :- 3 The purpose of discussing in detail about the "villains within the organization" is to expose any WT Workers Sanyasi and Grihi Marghi (who have knowingly violated, or knowingly or unknowingly encouraged) the violation of the constitutional ethos of the AMPS organization. ) is not meant to be a personal criticism. Rather, Anand Margis have to be informed that in today's time, the members of AMPS organization are divided among themselves due to mutual differences. What is its main reason? And how can the people of AMPS organization unite permanently? And for that, what steps and at what level should Anand Margis take for the benefit of AMPS organization? Anand Margis need to consider and pay attention to some of the following things before taking any step.

1) There is a need to diagnose the problems of the organization or find out the root cause of the problems.
2) While diagnosing the problems of the organization or finding out the root cause of the problems, our mind should not be at the reactionary level.
3) Before taking any or any kind of step, care should be taken that the image of Anand Marg or Anand Marg Pracharak Sangh is not harmed even slightly.
4) By pointing out the shortcomings of the internal villains of the AMPS organization, so that we too do not make the same mistakes due to which they deserve to be called villains.
5) Our aim should be to establish only the constitutional principles of AMPS organization.
6) It is very important for every Anand Margi to have the following information about AMPS organization.
a) To understand the depth of Charyacharya by reading it.
b) To have detailed knowledge of the Society Act Registered Constitution.
c) To have detailed information about the structure of the housekeepers and the structure of WT workers of the organization.
d) What is the difference between Tatvik, Grihi Tatvik, Acharya, Grihi Acharya, Avadhuta Vishesh Yogi and Purodha?
e) Why did Baba include the Grihi Margis along with the WT Workers Sanyasis in the AMPS structure as per the constitutional principles of the AMPS organization? What is Baba's purpose behind this?
f) It is important to understand this. According to Charya Charya, the rights given to the householders are also the duties of the householders. Because a disciple's duty towards his beloved is the biggest right of that disciple.
g) Already the members of AMPS organization are divided into mainly 6 parts (Ranchi Group, Kolkata Group, Third Group, Didi Group, Overseas Group and Independent people) due to differences among themselves. Now no such step should be taken from our side. That another group of householders should be formed. This should be mainly taken care of.
h) We should not take any such step which may create differences of opinion between the Griha Margis and the WT Worker Sanyasis due to their respective views. Those differences of opinion may increase further.
i) Instead of considering the internal villains of the organization as our enemies and treating them with hostility, they should be given an opportunity to correct the mistakes made by them. If those people do not talk about improving themselves, then one should not hesitate in taking even the harshest steps keeping in mind the interest of the organization, the faith and the ideals.
It is also true that a few so-called WT workers are the root cause of the organization's problems. Not all other WT workers, and not the AMPS organization unless it is resolved through legal means. Till then we all will have to go through the struggle.

Taking the help of the Society Act registered constitution of the AMPS organization, the internal villains of the organization have filed title suit 305/2003 Governing Body Case and 359/2003 Expulsion Case against each other. That is a violation of the constitution and ethos of AMPS organization. If the married couple wants, they can file title suit 305/2003 Governing Body Case and 359/2003 Expulsion Case. Both the cases can be declared invalid in the court itself. And can establish Charya Charya.
