Internal villains of the organization Part:- 4

Internal villains of the organization Part:- 4

Internal villains of the organization. Part:- 4 It is very important to have some knowledge about the Society Act Registered Constitution of AMPS. However, there are many more rules and principles in the Society Act Registered Constitution of AMPS. But the following close numbers related to Griha Margis are from 1 to 8 only. We will try to discuss them one by one.

Seeing today's pathetic situation, it is important for all of us to know the information related to Grihi Margis in the Society Act Registered Constitution of AMPS. But all pleasure seekers must keep one thing in mind. That if there is any conflict on any principle in the Society Act Registered Constitution of AMPS and the Constitution Charyacharya of AMPS, then it is the duty of all of us Anand Margis that first of all we will follow the principles of the Constitution Charyacharya of AMPS organizationAnd not the principles of the Society Act Registered Constitution of AMPS organization. It is the duty of all Anand Margis to establish the constitution and conduct of AMPS organization.

1) MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATION. Membership Qualifications.

2) CLASS OF MEMBERS Types of Membership.

3) CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP Cancellation of membership.

4) REGISTER OF MEMBERS Register record of members.

5) RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS Rights and responsibilities of members

6) BOARDS/COMMITTEE Board and Committee.

7) BOARDS/COMMITTEE REGULATIONS Principles of Board and Committee.

8) OBJECTION AND COMPLAINTS objection and complaint

No one can deny this truth. That Kolkata Group (the then Bangla Group) and Ranchi Group (the then Nun Bangla Group) have filed a Title Suit No. 305/2003 Governing Body and Title Suit No. 359/2003 Expulsion Case against each other. That practice is not based on practice but is based on the Society Act registered constitution of AMPS organization.

And if any person challenges both Kolkata Group and Ranchi Group in the court (on the basis of Society Act registered constitution of AMPS organization). That the Central Committee, Central Executive Committee, General Secretary, President and pioneer heads of Kolkata Group and Ranchi Group are not the bonafide members of the AMPS organization. then what will happen?

Try to understand Close No. 1, Close No. 3 and Close No. 8 of the Society Act Registered Constitution of AMPS organization.

As per Clause 1 of the Society Act Registered Constitution of AMPS organization:-

close number 1

There are 3 conditions for being a member of AMPS organization.

1) Sadhana of Anand Marg.
2) 18 years of age.
3) It is mandatory to follow Social and Spiritual Conduct Charya Part 1/2/3 (which is revised from time to time).

close number 3

CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP cancellation of membership

If a member does not qualify Close No. 1. So the General Secretary will terminate his membership with the approval of the President.

close number 4

REGISTER OF MEMBERS Record of particulars of members in the register.

The office of the AMPS Society shall maintain a record of the members in a register containing the following particulars:- a) Full names of the members. b) Full address of the members. c) Business of members. d) Date of admission of members to the institution. e) The date on which the membership of the member ceases to exist.

close number 8

*OBJECTION AND COMPLAINTS objection and complaint

If there is any kind of objection, complaint (i.e. problem) in the institution. So its disposal will be as per Chapter 27/ 35 / 37 and 38 of Charyacharya Part 1.

* Close No. 5 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS Rights and responsibilities of members

As per Close No. 5/i/a,

To participate in the selection of any office bearer of AMPS organization. And getting elected as a candidate himself. (That is, using your vote in the selection of any office bearer of AMPS organization or contesting elections as a candidate for him.)

As per Close No. 5/ii/a.

AMPS, after becoming a member of the Society, shall pay a membership fee of Re 1 (one) and deposit the membership fee in the English calendar year of each year.

Information about Close No. 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 which comes under the Society Act Registered Constitution of AMPS organization is given. If you read them properly and try to understand them. So it turns out. If the constitution of AMPS organization is considered to be the Society Act Constitution. (Because Kolkata Group and Ranchi Group have violated the ethics of the same AMPS organization by filing Title Suit Case No. 305/2003 Governing Body Case and Title Suit Case No. 359/2003 Expulsion Case against each other considering the Society Act Constitution of the same AMPS organization) So, according to the above Clause No. 1 to 8 of the Society Act Constitution of the AMPS organization, the General Secretary, President, Purodha Pramukh, Central Committee, Central Executive Committee, i.e. the office bearers of both the groups, Kolkata Group and Ranchi Group are invalid. , because all of them cannot prove themselves as bonafide members of the AMPS organization. If these people cannot prove themselves to be members of the AMPS organization, then how can these people be officers of the AMPS organization?

All Anand Margis (except the internal villains of the organization) follow the AMPS constitution based on Charyacharya. Because the internal villains of the organization have considered the Society Act Registered Constitution of AMPS organization as their constitution. So why should the same Constitution not be applicable to them (the internal villains of the institution)?

If we also (according to the internal villains of the organization) accept the Society Act Registered Constitution of the AMPS organization as the constitution of the AMPS organization, then any Anand Margi, be it Grihi Margi or WT Workers, will be a Sanyasi. Or any of the General Secretary, Central Committee, Central Executive Committee, President and Purodha Pramukh etc. of any group cannot provide proof of himself being a bonafide member of the AMPS organization. Because:-

1) As per Close No. 5/ii/a, after learning Sadhana in AMPS and taking up the duties of the organization, he has not paid the membership fee of AMPS organization. And after that, he has not renewed his membership by paying Re 1 (one) per year. 2) According to Close No. 4, since 1990 (after Baba left the physical body), the AMPS organization has not maintained the record of all the Anand Margis, which includes the full name of the members, full address of the member, occupation, date of taking membership and if The date on which membership expired.

3) According to Close No. 5/i/a, every officer of the AMPS organization, be it the General Secretary, Central Committee, Central Executive Committee, President, and Purodhya Pramukh, is selected from among the members of the AMPS organization i.e. all Ghri Margis. Should be through votes.

There are also some clauses in the Societies Act Registered Constitution of AMPS organization, according to which it is very important to follow the conduct of conduct to be a member of AMPS. And no Anand Margi has the right to go to any court other than AMPS court.

As per clause no. 1

AMPS organization membership has 3* conditions.

1) Sadhana of Anand Marg.
2) 18 years of age.
3) It is mandatory to follow Social and Spiritual Conduct Charya Part 1/2/3 (which is revised from time to time).

In the third condition of this clause number 1, it is necessary to follow Charya Charya Part 1/2/3. When the internal villains of the organization of Kolkata Group and Ranchi Group attacked each other (305/2003 and 359/2003) for not following Close No. 1 (one) *by violating the third condition of eligibility for membership. Then how can they claim to be members of the AMPS organization?

As per close number 8 OBJECTION AND COMPLAINTS objection and complaint

If there is any kind of objection, complaint (i.e. problem) in the institution. So its disposal will be as per Chapter 27/ 35 / 37 and 38 of Charyacharya Part 1.

Kolkata Group and Ranchi Group have filed a case in Purulia Court instead of going to AMPS court in violation of the principle of ethics. That is also a violation of Clause No. 8 of the Society Act Registered Constitution of AMPS organization. And at the same time it is also a violation of etiquette.
